Rates:
6% Hotel Tax to be added to weekly rental rate. A $400.00 security/damage deposit is required for all rentals at the time the reservation is made. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is requested less than 4 weeks prior to rental, the rental fee is refundable 100%, if alternate guests are booked. Rental fee includes utilities, but does not include Maid Service. A week is seven days and seven nights beginning on Saturday, the seventh day being one half day at the beginning and one half day at the end of the rental period. Check Out time is 10:00 A.M. and check in time is 2:00 P.M. A rental/security deposit of $400.00 is required when a reservation is made and will be refunded after rental.
